Personal Experience & Biography
Pete has 25+ years of Senior Executive experience working for Chevron Phillips Chemicals, Cooper Industries, Yokogawa Corp, Invensys-SIMSCI & Westinghouse and is well versed in the development of strategic business plans to solve challenging problems, delivery of on time projects, growing sales and profits in the Oil & Gas, Downstream, Midstream, Upstream, LNG, Petrochemical & Refining.
He is a very effective communicator and understands how to execute strategy. He has comprehensive experience in managing, negotiation, execution of Main Automation Projects (MAC), supply chain management (SCM), including P&L responsibility for capital budgets at multiple national & international locations, restructured & created organizations in United States, Canada, Central & South America, transforming them into profit generating entities through management expertise. He has designed, developed, marketed multiple FM Approved Class I Div 1 industrial products & software (MES & OTS) securing 5 patents & one patent pending.
Pete has managed all corporate functions; development of business plans, legal both domestic & foreign, performance management, acquisition integration, engineering, installation, field service, operations, product development, sales, start-up & commissioning.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Analysis from Penn State Univ. and a Master in Management from Frostburg College
